Directors' Dealings

Westhouse Holdings plc (AIM:WHL), the integrated corporate finance and broking house, announces the following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") by directors of the Company:

William Staple, Chief Executive of the Company, yesterday purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 55 pence per share.  Following this transaction, Mr Staple has an interest in 1,032,741 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.01% of the Company's issued share capital. 

Sir Hayden Phililps, a non-executive director of the Company, yesterday purchased 36,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 55 pence per share. Following this transaction, Sir Hayden has an interest in 166,900 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.46% of the Company's issued share capital.
