Management Reorganisation

Westhouse Holdings plc (AIM:WHL), the integrated corporate finance and broking house focusing on small and mid-cap companies, is pleased to announce that following the commencement of market making activities, and as part of the Board's succession planning, it has decided to reorganise the way the business is managed.

Bill Staple, who is now 62, will remain as Chief Executive of Westhouse Holdings plc with a specific focus on marketing and investor relations, but will step down from the Board of the Company's FSA regulated operating subsidiary, Westhouse Securities Limited ("Westhouse Securities").  Tom Price will be appointed Chief Operating Officer of Westhouse Securities to lead the management of the business with the Board of Westhouse Securities.

Tom joined Westhouse in late 2009 and has 20 years investment banking experience.  He was a director of Evolution Securities prior to joining Westhouse. 

Following this managerial reorganisation the Board of Westhouse Securities will comprise Tom Price, Jonathan Azis (Finance Director), Simon Doyle (Head of Equities), Tim Feather (Co-head of Corporate Finance), Tim Metcalfe (Co-head of Corporate Finance), Sanjiv Pandya (Head of Equity Capital Markets), Martin Dobson (Head of Secondary Trading), John Wade (Operations Director) and Catherine Daley (Head of Compliance).
