Annual General Meeting and Annual Report
Westhouse Holdings plc ("Westhouse") (LSE: WHL), the corporate and institutional stockbroking group, announces that its 2012 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the Company's offices in One Angel Court, London EC2R 7HJ, at 12 noon on 20 June 2012.
The Company also announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 and the notice of AGM have been posted to shareholders and are available for download at the Company's website www.westhousesecurities.com.
