Corporate update
Westhouse Holdings plc (AIM: WHL), the integrated corporate finance and broking house, is pleased to announce that Dermot McKechnie has joined Westhouse Securities Ltd as a Consultant.
Dermot, who is a qualified Chartered Accountant, became a partner in Cazenove & Co in 2000 and was subsequently a director of corporate finance at JP Morgan Cazenove. He will be working full time at Westhouse focussing on developing our M&A and wider corporate finance and corporate broking activities.
