Director Dealing
Westhouse Holdings plc (AIM:WHL), the integrated corporate finance and broking house focusing on small and mid-cap companies, announces the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") by a director of the Company:
Andrew Beeson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired, on 4 December 2009, 33,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 61p per share. Following this acquisition, Mr Beeson has an interest in 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.87% of the Company's issued share capital.
