Notice of AGM and Annual Report
Westhouse Holdings plc (AIM:WHL), the integrated corporate finance and broking house focusing on small and mid-cap companies, announces that its 2010 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the Company's offices in One Angel Court, London, EC2R 7HJ, at 12 noon, on Tuesday 18 May 2010.
The Company also announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009, the notice of AGM and form of proxy have been posted to shareholders and are available for download at the Company's website
