Notification of Interest

 

The Company was informed on 6 April 2009 that Threadneedle Emerging Debt Crescendo Fund ("the Threadneedle Fund") holds 1,519,961 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 6.67% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and that Ameriprise Financial, Inc and its group (of which Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited is the ultimate intermediate holding company in the UK) no longer has any beneficial interest in the Company's issued share capital. This change is as a result of the transfer of the ultimate beneficial ownership of the Threadneedle Fund's manager from Threadneedle Investments Ltd to Adelante Asset Management Ltd.
