Appointment of New Director
Westhouse Holdings plc ("Westhouse") (LSE: WHL), the corporate and institutional stockbroking group, announced today that Sandra Pope is to join the board as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Sandra Pope has been appointed to the board to represent the major shareholder Bermuda Commercial Bank ("BCB"). Sandra Pope is a Director at ICM Research Limited and she is a chartered accountant with considerable experience in corporate finance and investment companies.
