Director's holding in Company
The Company has been informed today that Sir Hayden Phililps, a non-executive director of the Company, yesterday purchased 13,250 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 75p per share. Following this transaction, Sir Hayden's interest in the capital of the Company is a total of 130,900 ordinary shares, representing 1.14% of the Company's ordinary share capital.
