Result of EGM and Change of Name
Hanson Westhouse Holdings plc (AIM:HWH), the integrated corporate finance and broking house focusing on small and mid-cap companies, announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today at One Angel Court, London, EC2R 7HJ, all resolutions were duly passed.
These resolutions included the changing of the name of the Company to Westhouse Holdings plc as well as the Company adopting new Articles of Association. Additionally, the name of the Company's operating subsidiary will be changed from Hanson Westhouse Limited to Westhouse Securities Limited, on 26 November 2009. The Company's new website will be www.westhousesecurities.com.
It is also expected that the Company will trade under its new name with the stock market EPIC WHL as of 08.00hrs on Thursday 26 November 2009
