As a specialist corporate finance adviser, Westhouse Securities helps public and private businesses achieve their ambitions. Working in partnership with our clients, we address a range of key corporate finance and strategic issues.
The team led by Tim Metcalfe and Tim Feather has expertise in a full range of corporate finance advisory services, ranging from private placings, flotations and subsequent fundraising, acquisitions and disposals, including advice on the Takeover Code. Westhouse's corporate finance team acts as adviser to both private and listed companies and as nominated adviser to companies quoted on AIM.
Our reach and appetite for transactions are truly global, with our geographic specialisations in North America, Asia, India and the Middle East. We are at ease both in the developed world and in emerging markets, able to take a real world balanced view of risks and rewards.

AIM nominated adviser
Westhouse Securities Corporate Finance team currently acts as nominated adviser to 25 companies admitted to trading on AIM, representing a variety of sectors.

IPOs
Westhouse has considerable experience in floating companies on AIM, particularly those based overseas. Whilst the current IPO market remains depressed, the international experience and expertise of Westhouse coupled with the continued attractions of AIM means that Westhouse welcomes enquires from companies who are considering coming to AIM.
Mergers and Acquisitions
The Westhouse team has considerable experience of advising on mergers and acquisitions, both public and private. In particular, the senior members of the corporate finance team have considerable M&A advisory experience gained at their previous houses, which includes Bill Staple's role as Director General of the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers.
